Wouldn't there be some hope that the CR is to institutional or high-end investors and at a PREMIUM due to the results on hand, the acquisition being proposed and cash-flow that can be confidently estimated? Hence the sp could still gap up to even higher than whatever premium has been set. Having said that, I don't recall ever doing well immediately out of a TH - maybe this one breaks the curse... sasa (hoping for a Christmas bonus)
