    It is good that PLX are happy with the transaction. They get some much needed cash . I guess when you are broke cash is very important and WBE has the ability to raise some money to pay them. I guess PLX has no ability to raise money and they have bills or payments that need immediate satisfaction.

    Everyone apparently is happy with the transaction.
