agree with everything but don’t think need to sell @ 0.95c unless it’s all cash t/o offer...
I am thinking along the same line as board don’t need to face investors for any bad news as that is simply not required as per asx listing rule...
like srx in the past and many others including pxs itself can just put a note saying trial failed!!
