If the rig can drill off existing pads, then I would say this happening right now. These guys are pros, so I would say all the POWs are in place, loaders ready to build new pads, and rigs are available.
Anyone who tries to tell you "oh, its xmas time and drillers need time with their families" is FoS. There are always rigs available, 24/7/365 (unless weather events such as fires prevent access).
