Suspect he's reacting to the significant alleged reports where KPT's fire crews may have exacerbated the drama with backburns going horribly wrong and the fire precautions (breaks around and through the forests and housekeeping) being quite inadequate/ineffective. Will be a lot of stones thrown around looking for blame targets until the final reports are done. Appears the western half of the island (KPT forest end) effectively destroyed for some years.
But then there are the economic success stories: one being where a couple of motley koalas that survived being video stars in a Go-fund-me launch raising well over $1m in quick time. Suppose the aim is to build up the numbers and release them back into the plantations. Could KPT claim some of that if they were koalas from their plantations?
