What I take from this announcement is....
Puna mining will be putting boots on the ground and preparing site for stage 2...They wont waste time in implementing machinery immediately to do this. The legal red tape is removed now it's our time to shine. Thanks to the mighty Argosy Ship we can now pull up anchor let out the spinnaker....
