This is definitely an issue with the contractor.
When you operate and manage a mine there will always be issue. But this management has resolved each and every issue in the past. so, I have confidence on the management that they have the capability to resolve this issue too.
Off course the legal team has confirmed that they are entitled to scrap the contract but that does not stop the contractor to sue them or create issue for compensation!!
