Don't know what the terms will be but hoping the rate will be 10% or lower.
Logic very rarely plays it's part in this sort of thing but if I was looking to offer up 180 million + then I would be looking to see 1. if they are making money 2. do they have contracts in place. 3. How reliable are the offtakers. 4. Information on the future. i.e Shanshan.

Now this is where logic is very thin but.

At 15% the companies ability to survive is compromised and therefore put's my 180 million + at risk.

At 10% the risk on the company is greatly reduced (not all but a lot) so my investment is a lot safer and it should be the easiest 10% ever made and a hell of lot easier than pushing a company to the wall.

So what will it be. Are we dealing with Austin Powers or Dr Evil?
Hopefully soon we will all be saying YEAH BABY.
