I have a 'dumb' question here folks (so please bare with me)
if it's a trading for a Refinancing announcement i.e. deals already been done (signed off) maybe? Then why the long-ish trading halt?????
i know some trading halts could be as little as 5mins whereas some could be longer then a few days. So, if a deal has been made why the wait? Does anything else need to be completed before the release of the trading halt?
