    Before everyone has their individual heart attacks....... Don't expect huge gains !!!

    If its refinancing at the same rates ..... slight drop in SP
    If its refinancing at the same rates, but deferred....... same SP
    If its refinancing at a rate between 10~15%..... slight increase in SP
    If its refinancing at a rate under 10%.... .. around 20% increase in SP
    .
    IMO...... 3rd option, and a rate of 12.5%.... again IMO
    .
