It probably is a CR! Definitely not a speeding ticket.
My opinion is that day-traders flooded the stock yesterday to capitalise on the rush and got caught out.
TNT has got no cash and is facing insolvency, so they probably realised that this is a great opportunity to raise more $$$ while the SP had a temporary spike and while there's a buzz going around (even though it's totally fabricated). They are well aware that once the 100 million new shares hit the market at the end of this month, the SP will most likely never see these levels again.
This is just my guess and this could be another disastrous acquisition. If I'm right, congrats to those who managed to escape yesterday, because one thing is for sure - TNT will never make a profit with the current inept management.
In any case, forget about ever being cash flow positive!
