That explains the rampant buying two days ago. Whoever that was obviously knew about it IMO, so if there was information about a 20c raise available and the stock was still being bought up, the sentiment must be positive towards the acquisition.
The MC is a little over $100m as it stands so a $70m acquisition is substantial. At least it's generating revenue already and the synergies between existing technologies is pretty obvious.
Wonder if ASX will ask any Qs about the recent buying.
