Apart from the obvious synergies and strengths of a combined entity in a rapidly growing market I still have some concerns. Either way I'm back in on this CR. Climate change and enviro themes too strong to ignore right now.

1 - Will EVS hit their forecasted $12mill in ARR excluding China & EMS deals ?

2 - EMS revenue looks to be growing at approx. 10% with healthy gross margins. Can't seem to find anywhere indicating they are profitable ? Assuming they are but only just ?

3 - Are we just going to see a larger more diluted company with less leverage for growth ? When will the combined entity become profitable ?
