Happy to be corrected...but I'm sure the company can issue up to 100 million new shares without needing shareholder approval, following on from the last placement.. am wrong ?
If the company needs funding to deliver Akida...well as bad as it maybe regarding dilution, it has to happen.
Stay positive...I feel the company is definitely heading in the right direction...cheers Tech
