personally, at this stage, I would be spewing if I had sold this morning...placement implies to me validation by others who want to be part of something generating great returns on their money invested. A 'proposed capital raising" however gives me the opposite emotion, so smiles from this little black duck at the moment...Friday will tell the tale..GLTAH
