1. Who it is being done with
2. At what price it is being done at.
if #1 is a big name like Tesla or Samsung, #2 wont matter.
If #1 is not a big name #2 will decide the opening price when it starts to trade.
I see this announcement as a big positive. I am out but i wish all the best to the LTH.
