I love how in the report it clearly states it’s a commissioned report, Russel might have picked this company because it had the word “independent” as part of their business name. Not saying the report has no merit, truth be told I barely even read it.
I find it hilarious that the report was commissioned by Russel and he decided it was a good idea to upload it as a company announcement. For what purpose would you commission a report into your own company and post it as an announcement?
There is the off-chance that someone else commissioned it, although what are the chances that it falls in Moran’s hands the same day and ends up an announcement and on the company website? hahaha.
I don’t think Wuxi are still here by choice, they are unable to liquidate, and already have taken such a loss they may as well ride it out. The company isn’t dying to try liquidate what is now something like a sub 100k position. It’s probably not even worth their time thinking about.
