My understanding is that UUV is using Apium technology.
Problem is that according to the agreement UUV don't have to pay any royalties during the testing stages.
We have passed that stage. They will have to pay outstanding royalties or fight a law suit that they will not recover from. Not cheap to fight this in court and they would not have a case. Especially after selling it to the Asian buyer...
