There's a 50/ 50 chance we ever see uuv trade again come Tuesday. I think they will suspend. The only way out for Whitney is to hand the company over to administrators and through this process ( Aprium) will regain full control over there tech and Whitney can at least get out scot free (of course reputation is damaged). Uuv will cease to exist.
