As a long-time lurker on NOR HC threads, an ex-holder, and a casual observer of the company's progress, it seems to me that the most likely scenario after the TH is a 'price sensitive' NON-announcement of a wishy-washy agreement/partnership of some type.
Technically, this will be in respect to 'provision of services' but will actually be another helping of shxt wrapped in tinsel.
Management will hope that front-running another dismal quarterly will mitigate subsequent share price destruction.
This has been the cynical modus operandi of NOR for five years now.
