    This is clearly NOT a raise in Jan.
    This is NOT a raise "well in to the 2's" in Jan.
    The SP has increased since consolidation.. and whatever this pending news is, could skyrocket multiples above consolidation price.
    There has not been any sellers desperate to get out at 4.

    Would you agree with all of the above??
