Well, they are sparing and conservative with their non-quarterly update Anns.
Telcos have generally not been announced as being signed and even when the larger ones have gone "live" they often only get a non-price sensitive Ann.
This is a TH for an agreement = very significant.
My guess is it is Telstra and it is a mobile phone based network wide agreement.
