Well what a surprise, another leak before the event, leading to a 12% fall yesterday. When will either the ASX do something about these leaks, which disadvantage retail investors or when will company's realise that dropping information to privileged investors early is not only disrespectful to all investors, but illegal. There have been a significant number of similar cases concerning 'entities' listed on the ASX, suffering leaks, either of their own making or by means of a third parties' skulduggery. Someone needs to get a grip of this.
I make no claim that ROO released information illegally, just that someone, somewhere, knew something before the event, leading to a sell off or informed shorting yesterday.
ASX, please investigate this obvious leak regarding ROO !!
