When the chairman of OVH gave his address at the AGM he mentioned taking additional security over certain liquid assets of Sargon. How do you take security over assets albeit through a competent legal team without following due process of registration. I'm not sure how you can take security over assets that already have security (Taiping) over them. The only sense I can make of it is that Taiping has security over certain assets and Onevue over others e.g. Sargon's holding in SEQ. Surely the chairman is culpable if he says there is security when there is none. The trouble with trying to second guess what is going on without all the facts usually ends up in conjecture which is not helpful.
