    As predicted - ZLD had poor cash management and to add insult to injury, they are making us poor shareholders suffer more.

    First we all get diluted 50% with some "barely there"
    NewCo and now we have a dilutive financing round.

    Surely, the BOD must feel sorry for us now and want to stop pounding us anymore?

    All IMHO.
