Lot of talk about DEG having cheap ounces in the ground... truth be told if they aren’t economic they ain’t worth much (look at BLK’s 6Moz who is trading similar market caps). DEG has always struggled to get a deposit with scale... ie their circa 2Moz are across a huge number of orebodies.
This however could change the game - looking for large widths and decent grades like the prior announcement. A very economic deposit would be a game changer as it pays for the mill and makes all those satellite deposits economic.
