I did not look into this link, https://signup.profitwatch.com.au/X...ium=Network&utm_campaign=Perth RealEstate, because it required me to give my eMail address, and that exposes it to junk mail, but the summary of it suggests Perth real-estate is going to outperform other Australian cities. I should start a new eMail address specifically for similar circumstances (That is, apply for things without junk-mail pouring into my main eMail address.)
