The carrying value of the assets are irrelevant vs exploration spend.
All that matters is the cash, debt and market cap.
The carrying value of an asset can only be revalued on certain things, whereas exploration spend is infinite
Look at company's like LKO who have done many CR's over the years, have $50M of exploration losses etc.
Just because you categorise them different after incurring them means nothing, they are already spent.
The only thin that matters is the market cap and their ability to raise more capital to fund exploration.
