Hi Brett64, I am a recent shareholder and I am already wearing a major loss even though I have only just bought into NET. I must admit I am stunned at the prospect of another capital raising. I am sure a lot of shareholders are still recovering from the acquisition of SSI Pacific. I should have read Mr2jzgte's contributions on SSI Pacificl and promptly sold out.
It sounds that NET is great at raising capital, wasting the money and not delivering on any promises according to several Hotcopper contributors. It is one thing to raise capital but where is the business plan? Where is the list of assets that NET proposes to buy? Where are the costings and why hasn't there been more transparency to keep the owners of 1.9 billion shares informed? As a new shareholder, this is one company I am starting to ask serious questions about. It turns out that the CEO is not even an IT specialist and there are not many IT guys doing any work.
