So basically they could consolidate the TPG shares with HTA?
or just convert TPG.
If so, how exactly would the share allocation work? If TPG shares were at $8.50 yet they only gave $8 per share.......
Not like a buy out, e.g. Bellamy, buy out at 13.25 when SP was $8
