I dont have any idea and can only blind guess it.
the market played the ann so it ran on ignorance ?
there wont be an appeal as the wigs would have had that ready for when the ann came out knowing both sides of the argument ?
they still have to spend alot of money to get it up so will be playing catch up for a long time?
i think TPG major shareholders are the winners as they have picked up a lot of debt to use for their own creative accounting.
Sol And Teoh are no bunnies in their world.
