Won't be about spending, but valuation of PDLs and/or revenue recognition. As said above by others, there has been several red flags for a while & brokers have been discussing these risks -- so unfortunately this is likely more than a new broom cleaning house. If book value impacted, it won't help process if setting new debt funders also (noting CBA withdrew from syndicate last year).
