that might be true, but I think the issue is the quality of that asset number with debt collecters. PDL books can be inflated in value in the short term and that asset number is often subjective. The suspension reads as if CLH is facing potential insolvency, not exactly a margin of safety. Take a look at the recent events of Pioneer Credit, thankfully not a wipe out for shareholders as a PE firm bailed it out, but CLH may not be so lucky.
