There are certainly a lot of assumptions made there Joe, PNC is a totally different company all of what you are saying is purely speculation.
We will know more once the details and updated plan is released, there has been no mention that the company is having solvency issues, that is over speculation in my view.
Funny how we have all these experts in H.C.
