On a positive note since our company's existence we have only had two prior CR's all at $0.20, 10 x above the issue price of $0.02 when they were first listed. Just shows you how controlled management are with their spending. So the reason for this pending capital raise must have sufficient merit to justify it especially when you consider all of the major upcoming news on the horizon...

Too much talk and hype so far . I will be very cautious as if they offer at .20 cents we are the one who are big losers as price will come down to CR price. Without any news you are having CR means you are running out of gas.
