As i stated in other threads i would have no problem with participating in a cap raise for VR1, they are very close to cashflow neutral, so even if they raised a million it would last them a long time. Around 2 to 4 years at current burn rate. And thats saying they don't go cashflow positive within those 2 to 4 years.
although ive seen many speccies start off great then get driven into the ground when a new director comes on and starts pushing to double salaries etc.
