Disappointing if that is the case. Not the usual mention of capital raising in the request for a trading halt.
If it is like you say then the brokers are getting an early bite at the Apple!
hopefully they will push the shareprice now they are on the register but this is not always a certainty as some times they use their stock to play games with a stock and gobble up more equity as opportunities present themselves.
a better option would be a jv deal like golden road did with Goldfields. Instant jump in market cap.
