I agree on the royalty agreements, though they remain a while off, the most likely of which is the yandal agreement. I agree less on some of the other stuff, in my view if they aren't already materially advanced on a project it's likely the 2 year window is closing as in this part of the world even a quick environmental approval (like a mining proposal) is probably 6 months away and that's if you submit it today (i.e. all the work is actually already done), if you are not submitting today then it's atleast 9 months away depending on how much of the work has been completed (there are some studies which if not done can only be done certain time of the year etc.) so the value of that tolling agreement is small. That's not a killer as there are a number of places that can and will do this in the area but it's just another thing that needs to be worked through.

Just noted an article that a poster on another company thread posted which could be one of those things that spurs things along for Spargoville or maybe for some of those places like Yandal or even Bird-in- the- Hand. One of those out of left field type of things
