Had look at the prospectus and if I understand gold has to loose 17.5% since underwriting was signed or Blackham become insolvent. Or Delphi etc launch a take over bid. All figures are also in $AUD so none of the above has happened. I purchased shares at .009 cents but am not taking up the offering at 1 cent. The underwriters can work out what they are going to do with shares. They are long term shareholders anyway. They have a little more than they wanted. .007-.009 cents is better value on market at the moment.
