Speculative stock is high risk which means high loss or high profit, and purely based on speculation. The panic selling in MEI in the last two days is this due global panic selling in blue chip stocks. Due to decline in index around 10 per cent this week, in terms of wealth loss, blue chip stocks have suffered the most due to their huge market capitalisation. So those rich persons or holders of superfunds who invested their money in blue chips in huge amount, they have suffered great wealth loss. There is no point wasting time to point fingers to each other. If anyone needs to find a scapegoat, please blame CORONA.
