IMO .... My gut tells me this raise is somehow connected to, % increase we are after... So games on both sides us and Angola.. We want a bigger % Angola what is to drop the hammer and get on with Kimbo find...
OK we raise to speed up exploration to satisfy Angola but on completion of raise at x....
Angola sign off on % increase so win win so to speak.. And yes we get confirmation soon on % increase ...SP jumps on this news so new holder in the money immediately...
Who comes on board will be interesting...
