Reading into the report it, I saw that cannvalate agreed to 50% of their services would be paid as ordinary shares.
So cannvalate would be more inclined to sell MGC Pharmas products and also has a vested interest in keeping MGC going and possibly keeping them more 'honest'. But whatever, only money right.
