This is the interesting point you make. How many people die in Australia from SARS & MERS every year? If there is any it doesn't make the news . Unfortunately through the course of history these viruses rear their ugly heads . What happens ? Initial panic then life goes on as normal . I suspect corona wont be contained and it will become another flu like virus we will all have to live with . You say SARS has no vaccine , but I don't wake up every morning thinking hell I might get SARS today . Influenza has reinvented itself many times . We often here about the new flu season .A super flu . The one we haven't experienced before . Hell I got the jab and I still got the damn thing . People will die . Yes it is unfortunate . I'd be more concerned about getting gunned down in an American super market quite frankly if I lived there . We have a new virus . So far most have mild symptoms . Lets get through all the panic and move on .IMO
