The SP won’t tank as you say if alternative funds were arranged which issued only half the amount of new stock.....especially given the DFS is in bound and from all reports from announcements will be better than the PFS......and the new SEZ collaboration with government......and mine ramp up expected to start in the sweet spot of increased demand. Taking all that into account, I’d be inclined to say the market would love it.

But I don’t expect that to happen....I think this placement will go through and AVZ will execute an offtake shortly afterwards if not at the same time of the placement.
