    Capital raising but no mention of mezzanine financing. So the rise in share price has changed the directors minds in terms of raising funds?

    Usually CR at a Vwap so unless sophs are paying a premium over the vwap the cr price won't be anything that great.

    Circumstances have indeed changed with the share price but we were told no cr...
