Yeah plenty of ways to get around the risk, I'm only assuming this is what the concern might be. It's always made total sense for triage and telehealth to me, it's a no brainier to reduce sick people waiting around in a walk in clinic. Hospitals are always gonna be more tricky they have rigid processes and will stick the status quo unless they get desperate. With whats happening in Italy right now I'm sure the leash would be loosend if it meant more efficiency and reduced the burden on doctors having to make decisions ovee who gets help and who dies which is what is happening now as they are already over run!
