Very good take on it Dollar !! and yes agree those Russians and Saudi's playing games and being pig headed as usual.
However creates some good buying opps like KAR (Karoon) which dropped 50% yesterday.
anyway back to CPH - the ASX would not allow for the company to go into a TH if it was just a change of position in the company. There is more to this annc.
