That's interesting. These things do drag on - classic example and far worse is one I have traded previously GSW - back and forth with a hearing date 18 months !! after it was initially lodged, plus ASIC taking them on in a separate case, what a mess !

Well seeing how the markets have recovered big time after today's big DOWN open and most likely will continue tomorrow with the DOW futures up 700 pts as we speak (Trump stimulus package announced)......then if it is just a change of person at their subsidiary (management), you would think they would announce and come out of TH prior to market open tomorrow morning and take advantage of the upturn in the broader market !
