    Yeah for sure the underwriter pulled the pin.

    Still think they can pull through, their are ways around this for now, their WC ratio is 1.4:1, they can defer some of their short term liabilities etc.

    The acquisition was stupid. It can still go ahead if they post collateral to for the TAS DC in lieu of cash.

    What a disaster though!
