Public Storage supposedly walking away. Not pretty for NSR. Maybe Morgan Stanley has taken a leaf from JPM who seemed determined to trade and negotiate via street talk, and leaking this following breakdown in negotiations. This is what happens when advisers over play their hand in what is very clearly a tough environment. Tough to swallow for shareholders, hopefully I'm wrong though recent share price action doesn't suggest there is a takeover anywhere near $2.40 anymore...
